We use OpenAI API for the features such as summarizing comment thread, proofreading user input comment, and suggesting comments. Your data (e.g., comments or text you submit) is sent to OpenAI servers for processing. We do not store this data, and OpenAI handles of your data by their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please review them to understand how your data is processed. We ensure that your use of these features complies with OpenAI guidelines and applicable data protection laws.

If you believe you purchased a Pro plan by mistake, please email support@oneslash.io with your username, purchase date, and amount. We will issue a full refund if you contact us within 3 days of the invoice date. After 3 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.
